Notice to the annual meeting of Oslo Tennis Club

The board hereby convenes the annual meeting of Oslo Tennis Club.

The annual meeting will be held on Wednesday 26 March 2025 at 19:00 in Skøyen Church’s congregation hall at Skøyenveien 43.

Matters that a member wishes to raise at the annual meeting must be sent to the board no later than 12 March to PO Box 15 Skøyen, 0212 Oslo or to post@oslotk.no.

A complete case list with all case documents will be made available to members no later than one week before the annual meeting at www.oslotk.no, and at the club’s office in Thorvald Erichsens vei 3.

To have the right to vote, the member must have reached the age of 15, have been a member of the sports team for at least one month, and have paid the membership fee. Members under the age of 15 have the right to attend and make proposals. For more information on the right to vote, eligibility, right to propose, etc., see Oslo TK Act § 5 to § 8.
